Holidays, holy-days, were made for families. In God’s grand plan since Eden He gave His people times to gather, remember His work for us, and celebrate our belonging to Him. That’s why I started Ever Thine Home 7 years ago and why I need your vote of affirmation now…more on that in a moment…but first a couple quick pics from two of our three Christmas trips.
This season I’ve enjoyed seeing photos from lots of families sharing how they’ve used our names of Jesus ornaments, Adorenaments, to make Him known. Last week I received a great email from a friend who has caught the vision for her family.
Thank you Barbara for your thoughtful and passionate efforts to help us decorate beautifully with the names of Jesus…that we have received over the years…and it was a marvel this year to realize just how many we have to enjoy and remind us of the truth. Our children especially love this year's new collection (His Family Names) and each immediately claimed one, raced to their bedrooms and decorated near their beds. I've convinced them to loan their ornaments to our Christmas tree for a few weeks. The best part was last night when our seven year old suggested that perhaps next year we should only put Jesus on the tree, no other ornaments. I love that the message is resounding in his heart. Praying that your ministry continues to thrive.
This story is why I dream, create, and labor to serve your family and so many others. But dreams take a lot of hard work and help from others to make them a reality in your home.
