Like individuals, doors to houses and homes are as unique as those who live within. Doors function both to keep out: cold, rain, heat, and evil; and to keep in to protect; family and friends who live within. Doors also function to welcome. When a door is open it’s a visual invitation to a guest who is coming or a surprise visitor.
