Our shop mostly offers printables or downloadable pdfs and you are paying for the rights to that artwork or design. We do not offer refunds for any printable for that reason. For our physical items we only offer refunds in very limited capacity. If your item(s) arrived broken, flawed or incomplete, if your item(s) were not delivered or issues of that nature we will happily provide you a full refund.

If you want to return an item because you ordered in error or changed your mind we will consider a refund, but will deduct the cost of shipping from the refund if a refund is made
